Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, chewy, and naturally gluten-free almond flour chocolate chip cookies with the perfect balance of sweetness and rich chocolate flavor!

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.

Gently flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
