Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans), optional
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Festive sprinkles, for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the graham cracker crust.
Layer the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and nuts (if using) over the coconut.
In a small bowl, mix the confectioners’ sugar with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the pan.
Use a spatula to spread the mixture, ensuring all the ingredients are well-covered.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Once cooled, cut into squares and optionally decorate with festive sprinkles.
