Ingredients:
¾ cup (180 g) cottage cheese
1 large egg
½ cup (45 g) cocoa powder
⅓ cup (80 g) granular sweetener (e.g., monk fruit sweetener)
Optional:
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp coffee powder
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 7-inch (15 cm) square brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Add optional ingredients if desired. Blend until smooth.
