Ingredients:
– 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
– 2 large eggs
– 2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, and oats, stirring until well blended.
– Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
– Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
