- 1 whole egg

Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana thoroughly in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
- Add the egg and protein powder to the mug, stirring until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. The cake is ready when set but still moist.
