Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Batter:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

- Mix in sour cream and flour until combined.
- Divide batter into 6 portions and dye each with food coloring.
