- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Garnish (Optional):

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch springform pan.
2. Make the Cake Layer:
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar in a separate bowl until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely.
3. Make the Mousse Layers:
