Description

Enjoy a classic Tremendous BLT Sandwich with crispy beef, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and toasted bread. This quick and customizable recipe is perfect for a satisfying lunch or light dinner.

 


Ingredients

For the Sandwich:

  • 4 slices of cooked beef
  • 2 slices of bread (toasted)
  • 46 slices of ripe tomato
  • 45 leaves of crisp lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until browned and slightly crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • Toast the Bread
    • Toast the slices of bread until golden brown and firm.
  • Assemble the Sandwich
    • Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
    • On one slice, layer the lettuce, tomato slices, and cooked beef.
    • Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Finish and Serve
    • Place the second slice of toast on top, mayonnaise side down.
    • Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
