Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
  • ⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup beef stock
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chives, minced

Instructions

  • Marinate the Steak:
    • Combine steak and teriyaki sauce in a shallow dish.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 1-8 hours.
  • Sear the Steak:
    • Discard the marinade.
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear steak for 2 minutes undisturbed, then stir and cook 2-3 minutes more. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Prepare the Sauce:
    • Lower heat and deglaze the skillet with beef stock.
    • Add butter and melt, stirring in chives.
  • Combine and Serve:
    • Pour sauce over steak and serve immediately.
