Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
