Ingredients

- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup corn syrup (light or dark)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine cereal, pecans, and pretzels.
- Make Praline Coating – Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Flavoring – Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla extract. The mixture will bubble and froth.
- Coat the Mix – Pour praline mixture over the cereal, nuts, and pretzels. Toss gently to coat evenly.
