Ingredients

  • Egg noodles
  • Pre-cooked Swedish meatballs
  • Sour cream
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Beef broth

  • Garlic, minced
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  • Add Meatballs: Add pre-cooked Swedish meatballs to the skillet and heat through.
