Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1¼ cups sugar cookie mix (heat-treated; see note)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Christmas sprinkles (or sprinkles of your choice)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and coat lightly with non-stick spray.
  • Heat the Base: Warm the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat in a large pot, stirring frequently.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter to the hot milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Add Sprinkles: Remove from heat and fold in Christmas sprinkles.
  • Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly. Top with additional sprinkles.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Serve: Once set, cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

  • Heat-treating Sugar Cookie Mix: Spread the mix on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes or microwave in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
