Description

Strawberry Swirl Fudge is a creamy, decadent dessert blending the rich sweetness of vanilla fudge with the fruity burst of strawberry. Perfect for gifting, celebrations, or everyday indulgence, this stunning marbled fudge is as delicious as it is beautiful.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Make the Fudge Base:
    • Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
    • Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Create the Strawberry Swirl:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
    • Warm the strawberry jam for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
    • Drop small spoonfuls of jam over the fudge surface and swirl with a knife or toothpick. Add pink food coloring for extra vibrancy, if desired.
  • Set the Fudge:
    • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  • Serve:
    • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use almond bark or white baking chocolate as substitutes for white chocolate chips.
  • Experiment with other fruit preserves for a unique twist.
  • For clean cuts, use a warm, sharp knife and wipe between slices.
