Ingredients

- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the pan to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream until creamy.

- Toss strawberries and kiwi with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
