Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Cake Batter:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped strawberries.
- Make the Crumble Topping:
- Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add cold butter cubes and blend with a pastry cutter or fingers until coarse crumbs form.
- Assemble the Cake:
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crumble topping over the batter.
- Bake:
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Glaze:
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle over the cooled cake.
