  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
    • Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
    • In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped strawberries.
  2. Make the Crumble Topping:
    • Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
    • Add cold butter cubes and blend with a pastry cutter or fingers until coarse crumbs form.
  3. Assemble the Cake:
    • Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
    • Sprinkle crumble topping over the batter.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Prepare the Glaze:
