  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For Strawberry Reduction:

  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.

  5. Prepare Strawberry Reduction: Cook strawberries and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Mash the mixture, simmer for 5 minutes, and cool.
