Ingredients

  • 2 cans (20 oz each) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread strawberry pie filling evenly across the dish’s bottom.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the filling.
