Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak
- 12 oz Rotini Pasta
- ¼ cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove steak and set aside to rest.
- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice to the pan. Stir to combine and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Add the cooked rotini to the sauce, toss to coat, then add the sliced steak and toss again.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra sauce, if desired.
