- 3 cups mini marshmallows

- Green sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Popcorn: Pop 10 cups of popcorn using your preferred method (stovetop, air-popped, or microwave). Ensure all un-popped kernels are removed. Salt the popcorn liberally and set aside in a large bowl.
- Make the Marshmallow Mixture: In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Combine Popcorn and Marshmallow Mixture: Gradually pour one-third of the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. Stir gently to coat the popcorn with the marshmallow mixture, adding more until all popcorn is coated.
- Transfer and Add Mix-Ins: Spread the coated popcorn onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle green M&M’s, Shamrock marshmallows, and green sprinkles over the warm popcorn.
- Cool and Serve: Let the popcorn cool completely before breaking it into pieces and serving.
