Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package (9 inches) refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine thawed spinach with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, ricotta, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Assemble the pie: Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Cover with the second pie crust and crimp edges together. Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape.
  • Bake: Place the pie in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and filling is hot.
