Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (9 inches) refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine thawed spinach with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, ricotta, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble the pie: Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Cover with the second pie crust and crimp edges together. Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape.

- Cool and serve: Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Feel free to swap cheeses such as Swiss, Monterey Jack, or feta.
- For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and sour cream.
