Ingredients

For the Ramen:

  • 1 package of Korean ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup water

For the Beef:

  • 4 oz thinly sliced beef (flank steak, skirt steak, or ribeye)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the Ramen: Prepare the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Spicy Sauce: In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the thinly sliced beef until browned and fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the Creamy Sauce: In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the Bowl: Toss the cooked ramen with the spicy sauce until evenly coated. Top with grilled beef and drizzle the creamy sauce over.
  • Garnish & Serve: Add chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or a fried egg for extra flavor. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Extra Spicy: Add more gochujang, red pepper flakes, or a splash of chili oil.
  • Vegetarian Option: Swap the beef for tofu or mushrooms.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Reheating: Heat in a skillet with a splash of water or broth to refresh the noodles.
