4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chili flakes, sesame oil, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the grated ginger and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
