Description

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 23 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 23 tablespoons crushed peanuts
  • 150 grams melted dark chocolate
  • Sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dates: Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pits.
  • Fill the Dates: Spoon a small amount of peanut butter into the hollowed center of each date.
  • Add Crunch: Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the peanut butter.
  • Dip in Chocolate: Using a toothpick, dip each stuffed date into melted dark chocolate until fully coated.
