Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add Ingredients: Place baby carrots in the slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the carrots, tossing to coat.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring once or twice, until carrots are tender and coated in glaze.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with extra glaze, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
