Ingredients
3–4 lb boneless turkey breast
3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning paste.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour the chicken broth around (not over) the turkey to keep it moist.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey breast from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

For extra crispiness, sear the turkey breast in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker.
