Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into 12 balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly to form a cookie shape.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
