Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper
 
For the Mango Salsa:
- 1 mango, diced
 - 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
 - 1 tbsp lime juice
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 
For the Lime-Chili Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tbsp sriracha
 - 1 tbsp lime juice
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
 - 1/8 tsp salt
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper
 
For the Bowls:
- 1 cup cooked rice
 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
 
Instructions
- Grill the Shrimp:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
 - Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
 
 - Prepare the Mango Salsa:
- Combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Mix well and set aside.
 
 - Make the Lime-Chili Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
 
 - Assemble the Bowls:
- Divide cooked rice into serving bowls.
 - Top with grilled shrimp, mango salsa, and sliced avocado.
