Description

This Shamrock Swirl Pie is a festive, no-bake dessert perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any celebration. Featuring vibrant green swirls and a creamy filling in a graham cracker crust, this easy-to-make pie is both visually stunning and delicious. With a few simple ingredients and a swirl of green and white, it’s a showstopper that will impress guests and satisfy sweet cravings!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup green food coloring (divided)
  • 1/4 cup white food coloring
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined.
  • Divide the cream mixture into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl and white food coloring to the other, stirring to combine.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream into both bowls, starting with the green mixture, then the white mixture.
  • Carefully spoon the green and white cream mixtures into the graham cracker crust, alternating the colors to create a swirl effect.
  • Using a butter knife or skewer, gently swirl the two colors together to create a marbled effect.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • You can add a teaspoon of mint extract to the cream cheese filling for a stronger mint flavor.
  • For an alternative crust, try using an Oreo or shortbread crust.
  • If you prefer a crunchy texture, you can mix in chopped chocolate or crushed candy.
