Ingredients
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup green food coloring (divided)
- 1/4 cup white food coloring
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined.
- Divide the cream mixture into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl and white food coloring to the other, stirring to combine.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into both bowls, starting with the green mixture, then the white mixture.
- Carefully spoon the green and white cream mixtures into the graham cracker crust, alternating the colors to create a swirl effect.
- Using a butter knife or skewer, gently swirl the two colors together to create a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving, if desired.
Notes
- You can add a teaspoon of mint extract to the cream cheese filling for a stronger mint flavor.
- For an alternative crust, try using an Oreo or shortbread crust.
- If you prefer a crunchy texture, you can mix in chopped chocolate or crushed candy.
