Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- A few drops of green food coloring
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped (or 1 tub whipped topping)
- ¼ cup melted chocolate

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Crust
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract and green food coloring, mixing until evenly colored.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy and well combined.
Step 3: Swirl in the Chocolate
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the filling.
- Use a toothpick or knife to create a beautiful swirled pattern.
Step 4: Chill & Garnish
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and green sprinkles for a festive touch!
