- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Scallops – Pat scallops dry with paper towels. Toss them with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Let marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
- Sear the Scallops – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the scallops in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
