  • 30g fresh parmesan, shaved
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts

Instructions

  • Toast the Pine Nuts: Lightly toast pine nuts in a small frying pan over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Dressing: Combine mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Slice the Pears: Core and thinly slice the pears. Toss slices in the dressing immediately to prevent browning.
