  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (500 ml) beef broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups (200 g) shell pasta
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add shell pasta, stirring to combine. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
