Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in Mix-ins: Add oats, Rice Krispies, and chocolate chips.
- Portion Dough: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 9-10 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
