Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture:
    • Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
    • Fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:
    • Combine cooled coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
  3. Layer the Tiramisu:
    • Dip ladyfingers briefly in the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
    • Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
    • Scatter half the raspberries over the mascarpone layer.
    • Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and raspberries.
  4. Chill:
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve:
    • Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh raspberries.
