Ingredients
- 1/4 cup purple grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 mandarin orange, peeled and segmented
- 2 large strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 6 tablespoons sweetened whipped cream or vanilla yogurt, divided
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry all fruits. Prepare by peeling, hulling, and chopping as necessary.
- In a tall clear glass, add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream or yogurt at the bottom.
- Layer the fruits in the following order: purple grapes, blueberries, kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, mandarin orange segments, and strawberry slices.
- Add another 2 tablespoons of whipped cream or yogurt on top of the layered fruits.
- Repeat the layers if space allows, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
