Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup purple grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 mandarin orange, peeled and segmented
  • 2 large strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 6 tablespoons sweetened whipped cream or vanilla yogurt, divided

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry all fruits. Prepare by peeling, hulling, and chopping as necessary.
  • In a tall clear glass, add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream or yogurt at the bottom.
  • Layer the fruits in the following order: purple grapes, blueberries, kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, mandarin orange segments, and strawberry slices.
  • Add another 2 tablespoons of whipped cream or yogurt on top of the layered fruits.
  • Repeat the layers if space allows, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
