These no-bake snacks combine Medjool dates, pecans, oats, and siggi’s pumpkin & spice skyr for a delicious and nutritious boost. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 container (5.3 oz) siggi’s pumpkin & spice skyr
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is coarse but moist.
  • Form the mixture into one-ounce balls.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
