Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 container (5.3 oz) siggi’s pumpkin & spice skyr
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is coarse but moist.
- Form the mixture into one-ounce balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
Notes
- For variation, add shredded coconut, chocolate chips, or dried cranberries.
