- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- 16 ounces (500g) mascarpone cheese, cold
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup (80g) pistachio cream or paste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24–30 ladyfingers (Savoiardi biscuits)
- 1/2 cup (60g) shelled unsalted pistachios, finely chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee Mixture
- Mix cooled coffee with coffee liqueur (if using) in a shallow dish. Set aside.
- Make the Pistachio Mascarpone Cream
- Beat cold mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Mix in pistachio cream and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Whip heavy cream and sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Assemble the Tiramisu
- Quickly dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) dish.
- Spread half the pistachio mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream.
- Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.
- Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios before serving.

- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the coffee liqueur.
