  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Melt the Fudge Base – In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Add Pineapple Flavor – Stir in the pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, vanilla extract, salt, and brown sugar. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in Cherries – Gently fold in the chopped maraschino cherries.
  • Set the Fudge – Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top (if using).
