Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Prepare Dough: Separate the biscuits and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
  • Stuff with Cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each circle. Fold and pinch the edges to seal tightly into a ball.
  • Season: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush over the tops of the cheese bombs.
  • Bake: Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For variations, try different cheeses or add ingredients like pepperoni or herbs.
  • To prevent leaks, ensure dough is tightly sealed and chill before baking.
