Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cooked beef or steak tips
- 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Marinara or queso sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the rolled dough.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded provolone evenly over the dough.
- Layer the thinly sliced beef on top, seasoning with garlic powder, oregano, chili powder (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pressing lightly to seal the edges. Cut the dough into strips.
- Twist each strip and place on the prepared baking sheet. Top with the remaining provolone cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
