Ingredients
- 3 pizza doughs (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1½ cups pizza sauce
 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 2 cups pepperoni slices
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - Optional: sliced olives, bell peppers, mushrooms
 
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Grease three 9-inch round cake pans with olive oil.
 - Prepare Dough: Roll out pizza dough into 9-inch circles; place in greased pans.
 - Layer 1: Spread ½ cup pizza sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, and a layer of pepperoni over the first dough.
 - Layer 2: Add the second dough, another ½ cup sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, and pepperoni.
 - Layer 3: Top with the final dough, remaining sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Sprinkle Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
 - Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
 - Cool & Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from pans, slice, and serve.
