- 1 cup quick oats

- ½ cup granulated sweetener of choice (e.g., coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener)
- ⅔ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Add the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
