Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 unwrapped Hershey’s Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges set and tops begin to crack slightly.
- Add Chocolate: Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. The edges will crack slightly.
- Cool: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
