Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 unwrapped Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges set and tops begin to crack slightly.
  • Add Chocolate: Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. The edges will crack slightly.
  • Cool: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
