- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz white chocolate

- 30 Oreos (approximately 344 g)

- 13 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
. Make the Oreo Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Melt 8 tbsp (½ cup) butter and mix with Oreo crumbs.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes; set aside to cool.
2. Prepare the Chocolate Layer:
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate and 5 tbsp butter in a double boiler or microwave.
- Whisk in eggs, sugar, salt, and flour.
- Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
3. Bake the Pie:
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chocolate layer is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature.
4. Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
- Combine peanut butter, ¼ cup heavy cream, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- Spread evenly over the cooled chocolate layer.
5. Prepare the White Chocolate Ganache:
- Heat ¼ cup heavy cream until simmering.
- Pour over chopped white chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth.
- Spread ganache over the peanut butter layer.
6. Chill and Set:
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set all layers.
