For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 1 egg

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • Prepare Batter:
    • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Mix in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
    • Spread half the batter into the pan.
  • Make Cheesecake Layer:
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
    • Spread the mixture over the batter.
  • Add Peaches: Spoon peach pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer. Dollop remaining batter on top.
  • Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
