Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare Batter:
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Spread half the batter into the pan.
- Make Cheesecake Layer:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over the batter.
- Add Peaches: Spoon peach pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer. Dollop remaining batter on top.
