- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Boil the Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Simmer: Once boiling, cook for 4–5 minutes while continuing to stir. Remove from heat.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Fold in Pecans: Gently fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Cool: Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or refrigerate until firm.
- Slice: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper or foil overhang. Cut into squares.
