Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup beef, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Peas: Place thawed peas in a large bowl. If frozen, rinse under cold water to expedite thawing, then pat dry.
- Add Ingredients: Combine peas with red onion, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Make the Dressing: Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar (if using), salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine: Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss gently to coat.
