Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Creamy Dill Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and place salmon fillets in it. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
