Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Pulverize the cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve 1/3 of the crumbs for topping.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Fold in half of the Cool Whip until fluffy.
- Make the Pudding: Whisk instant pudding mixes with cold milk. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Layers: In a 9×13-inch dish, layer half of the Oreo crumbs, spread the pudding mixture, then top with the remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
